Éclat de Brume Return & Refund Policy
At Éclat de Brume, we take pride in providing premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at support@eclatdebrume.com OR support@eclatdebrume.ca with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send items back without authorization.
- Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@eclatdebrume.com and send the defective item back following our return process. We will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
